24/7 Emergency Tree Service & Storm Damage Cleanup

When a tree is on your house, across your driveway, or hanging over a bedroom, you need a crew tonight — not an estimate next Tuesday. We run 24/7 storm response across Northeast Florida with a typical two to four hour arrival, and we document everything your insurance adjuster will ask for.

What's included

  • Trees on homes, garages, vehicles, fences, and pools
  • Hanging limbs and widow-makers made safe first
  • Driveway and access clearing so you can get in and out
  • Emergency tarping and structural protection
  • Photo documentation and written scope for your insurance claim
  • Post-hurricane debris cleanup and haul-off

Call immediately if you see

  • Any tree or limb resting on a roof, wall, or power line
  • A limb hung up in the canopy that hasn't fallen yet
  • A trunk that shifted or a root plate lifting out of the soil
  • Cracks running down the trunk after high wind
  • A blocked driveway or exit that traps vehicles

What it costs

Emergency work is priced on site by crew size, hours, and equipment. If the tree hit an insured structure, most homeowners' policies in Florida cover removal from the structure — we bill and document so you can file. Getting a tree off your house is not the time to shop three quotes; call the nearest licensed and insured crew.

    Document for insurance

Before-and-after photos, a written scope, and an itemized invoice formatted for adjusters.

  4. 4

    Full cleanup

Sectioned removal, debris haul-off, and a return visit for stump grinding if you want it.

Emergency and storm damage tree service questions we get asked

How fast can you get here?

Typically two to four hours across Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau counties. During a named storm, we work by severity — life-safety and occupied structures first.

Will insurance cover it?

In Florida, removal of a tree that struck an insured structure is commonly covered; a tree that simply fell in the yard often isn't. We provide the photos, scope, and invoice your adjuster needs either way.

What if the tree is on a power line?

Do not approach it. Call 911 and JEA (or your utility) first — the line has to be de-energized before any crew can work. We coordinate directly with the utility once it's clear.
